Managing Principal

Diana Rivera, CPA, CGMA

Diana Rivera, the firm’s managing principal, has over 20 years of experience in public and private accounting. She leads engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, high-growth companies, specializing in real estate, hospitality, construction, and Common Interest Realty Association (CIRA) industries. Rivera began her career as an auditor in 2000. Most recently, she served as a partner in the audit practice of CPA firm BDO USA LLP. While there, Rivera specialized in financial auditing and forensic examinations for condominium associations, mixed-use developments, cooperative housing corporations and timeshare and resort associations.

Diana is a frequent speaker to organizations and professionals in the Common Interest Realty Association (CIRA) and real estate industries. She also serves as a consultant to boards of directors, community associations’ professionals and developers. Her expertise includes financial auditing, risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic consulting. Affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Rivera was honored in 2022, 2021 and 2020 in the Top CPAs and Litigation Support Professionals category of the South Florida Legal Guide. She earned a 40 Under 40 award from CPA Practice Advisor in 2017.
